Lance focuses on the creation of strategies for high-net-worth individuals and their families that are designed to help them meet their short and long term financial goals, including retirement and estate investment planning services. He prides himself on the ability to listen to and interpret client's ideas about their financial situations, preferences and goals, and he uses the vast resources of Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network to help them explore a wide range of possible services.

Lance earned his CFA ® Charter in 2004. He has a B.S. in Public Financial Management from Indiana University in Bloomington. Lance and his two sons, Carson and Jack, reside in Naples. To honor Young, his late wife and their mother's legacy, they are committed to many charitable causes; mainly St. Matthew's House, the Humane Society of Naples and For the Love of Cats.

Myraida is conscientious, professional and quick to respond to requests and challenges presented by clients. She strives to make every client contact a positive experience by delivering concierge level service. Myraida manages all aspects of daily operations as well as all administrative requests. Most notably, Myraida spearheads the optimization of client communication and oversees the implementation of operational policies and procedures. 

Myraida attended Florida International University in Miami where she majored in Public Relations. She proceeded to work for Bank of America where her client service skills were honed. Myraida resides in Naples with her son Alexander. Outside of the office she can be found spending time with her son Alexander, at the beach and bike riding.
